at martail arts we learned how to breathe instead of getting an attitude. then we learned how to block people punches with out looking.then we did hand sticking. hand sticking is when somebody moves their hands anlast we got on the bus and d another person has their eyes closed and follows the other persons hands. after that we meet this man that was the student of that man and talked about it.next we ran the track and did the chain push-ups. last we got on the bus and went to the motel. then we walked to mcdonalds and came back and ate and watched television.

shaw university and martail arts

when we first got to shaw we went to the chapel of the school and meet this man. he asked us could he fit his head threw a peice of paper. then he started to cut the peice of paper then we he finished he put his head threw it. then they introduced the tour guides. after that we walked around the campus. we saw their library and their mail room. then we saw their dorm rooms and the founder of their school and the tour guide said that most of the college founders were white men. after that it bwas time to go so we got on the bus and drove off and went to the hotel days inn. next we went to shech park to . after martail arts we did the push-up chain and ran the track. then we went to the hotel and walked to mcdonalds and got us food.then we had to listen to obama for at leats ten minutes.
